• Perform B2B collections through calls and email on past-due accounts (45+ days)
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, short payments, and customer disputes
• Apply payments and maintain accurate records within SAP
• Review credit holds and release orders based on payment status
• Generate statements, monitor payment promises, and follow up for resolution

• 2+ years of B2B collections experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience working with SAP (preferred)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to manage collections conversations and resolve payment issues
