Job Title
This role delivers accurate, timely, and high-quality service to both members and internal partners. This role processes a high volume of file maintenance tasks, operational requests, and member and internal interactions in a deadline-driven environment. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Role and ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned operational functions with full ownership, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to required timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Process inbound member requests related to wire transfer submissions
Review and process new member applications for accuracy and compliance with procedure.
Execute documentation requirements including, but not limited to, levies, verification of deposits, and other specialized operational documents.
Conduct research and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues and provide accurate information to internal partners and members.
Complete file maintenance tasks such as name changes, adding joint members, updating member information, and processing other account-level modifications.
Ensure all updates are performed in compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and documentation standards.
Manage omni-channel communications including but not limited to phone, secure forms, TEAMs and email
Develop subject matter expertise in deposit products to support escalations related to but not limited to charged-off accounts and the membership portfolio inquiries.
Assist in resolving member escalations by applying analytical skills, product knowledge, and sound decision-making.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing operational insights and participating in solution development.
Process incoming departmental mail, ensuring timely routing, documentation, and completion of related tasks.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred.
At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
