This role is crucial for supporting the tax function's annual and ongoing objectives within a forward-thinking finance organization. The Direct Tax Manager will lead income tax compliance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, strategy, and analysis, while managing a team of tax professionals. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact organizational growth by partnering closely with senior leadership on complex tax matters.

• Oversee US income tax compliance, audits, planning, and reporting.
• Manage execution of the global income tax compliance calendar.
• Develop and implement strategies for tax burden reduction.
• Provide guidance and development for tax team members.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.

• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP.
• Proven experience leading and developing tax professionals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
