Machine Operator x Voluntary OT

Production - Vernon Hills IL, IL - Full Time You’ll Have

• Operate various production machines will learning to set‑up and troubleshoot each, including: grinders, belt sanders, presses, and basic CNC machines, etc.
• Load and unload high volumes of metal parts efficiently. Move parts bins on and off pallets.
• Visually inspect parts and learn to use basic inspection tools.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions to identify and produce work.
• Accurately record production into computer.
• Participate in continual improvement teams and activities.
• Comply with all safety requirements including but not limited to good housekeeping.
• Very reliable and punctual work attendance.

• High School diploma or equivalent plus hands‑on mechanical aptitude and skills.
• Experience in manufacturing ideal but any mechanically related experience with basic math skills may qualify.
• Must be able to understand spoken and written English well; bilingual Spanish ideal.

• Physically capable of lifting, turning, bending, walking, standing, reaching.
