Entry level production - shifts

Randstad is hiring Machine Operators for a premier temp‑to‑hire position in Vernon Hills, IL. The role offers a 12‑hour rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with half a year off and opportunities to transition to a permanent position after 600 hours.

Schedule: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM;
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM. The 2‑2‑3 rotation means you work 2 days, take 2 days off, then work 3 days, rotating thereafter, giving every other weekend off.

• Operate and monitor heavy manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Perform quality checks.
• Load raw materials into machines and safely package finished products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

06:00 AM – 06:15 PM (Day Shift) or 06:00 PM – 06:15 AM (Night Shift); 12‑hour shifts.

Dress code: shirts or t‑shirts with sleeves and without holes or rips; pants without holes or rips; no profane or suggestive text or images; closed‑toe, nonslip footwear only.
