Manufacturing Decontamination & Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for verifying all incoming parts and maintaining records of incoming shipments that require decontamination & cleaning.
• Unpacks, verifies, and documents all incoming products; ensures prompt and accurate receipt, decontamination & cleaning, logging, and routing of applicable parts.
• Follows decontamination & cleaning process and procedures.
• Delivers internal products to the appropriate designated area(s) with the proper documentation.
• Delivers T & E, Demo, Loaner, Convention and credits to the appropriate designated area(s) after decontamination & cleaning processing and ensures documentation matches the parts.
• Reviews all repair orders, matches them to repair documentation, and delivers to the appropriate designated areas.
• Loads/unloads all convention equipment and processes it for decontamination & cleaning per procedures.
• Promotes and models RWMIC Core Values in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in parts handling, cleaning, or receiving;
  Department experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time‑management skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products; ability to create & maintain electronic logs/monthly reports.
• Familiarity with and ability to use pallet jacks.
• Experience with and understanding of multi‑cultural and multi‑generational differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
• Lift/Carry 25+ pounds.
• Bend/Stoop/Kneel for 4 hours per day.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for 8 hours per day.
• Push/Pull 50+ pounds.
