Shift: 2nd, 4-day x 10-hour workday Mondays through Thursdays, Voluntary overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays

• Sort, inspect, and pack customer metal parts efficiently and according to work instructions
• Operate very basic packing and inspection related equipment
• Use basic measuring devices and report discrepancies to the Lead person
• Safely operate all required lifting/moving devices
• Participate attentively in and apply all required products, processes, and safety training
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Accurately record time of jobs packed and workday on computer (will train)
• Absolutely reliable attendance at work
• Compliance with relevant policies, procedures and instructions, including Code of Conduct

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read and write in English; bilingual Spanish ideal
• Able to follow basic verbal and written instructions
• Use basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Work at a fast pace sorting and packing parts efficiently
• Capable of standing, using hand trucks, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
