We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Med‑Surg Adult to join our healthcare team. As a Med‑Surg Adult RN, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive and quality care to adult patients in a medical‑surgical setting. Your primary responsibility will be assessing patient conditions, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement effective patient care plans.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring patient safety
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, recognizing deviations from baseline and implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients
• Provide direct patient care, including wound dressing changes, catheter insertion, and IV administration
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and post‑discharge care
• Respond to emergencies promptly, providing immediate intervention and following established protocols
• Document patient care activities, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a comprehensive manner
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Continuously stay updated with the latest medical advancements and evidence‑based practices in Med‑Surg Adult Nursing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and research as required
• Collaborate effectively within the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote seamless patient care delivery
• Foster a supportive and comforting environment for patients and their families during their hospital stay
