Nemera Vernon Hills is seeking a Lead Quality Inspector for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role supports the Operational Quality Manager, directs quality inspectors, and ensures the production line meets quality standards and regulatory requirements in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
The incumbent will plan work, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while training staff and coordinating investigations into customer complaints.
