• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience utilizing retail technology
• Proven ability to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring
• Metrics-driven approach to achieving business goals
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
