The Outlet Assistant Leader partners with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and deliver elevated customer experiences in the outlet environment. This role coaches and develops the store team, supports sales and operations initiatives, and maintains merchandising and visual standards that reflect the brand. • Coach, lead, and develop the team in partnership with the Outlet Leader
• Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and drive results
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure visual presentation supports safety and cleanliness
• Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach
• Represent the brand through professional communication and personal presentation

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused with flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
