  • Drivesalesbyengagingcustomers,building baskets,andsuggestingproductpairings.

  • Leverageproductknowledgetoconfidentlyrecommendsolutions,buildbasketsize,anddelivera personalized, engaging customer experience.
• Replenishment,Merchandising&Store Readiness
  • Stock,rotate,andmerchandiseproductstoensureafull,fresh,andvisuallycompellingstore.
  • CompleteFIFOrotationandmaintainaccuratelabelingandpricing.
  • Keepthestoreclean,organized,and customer-readyatalltimes.
  • Supportplanogramchanges,promotional sets,anddailyrecoveryroutines.
• Inventory Support
• Assistwithreceivingandprocessingdeliverieswithcareandaccuracy.
• Maintain back-stockorganizationandcommunicatelowstockorproductissuespromptly.
• Follow shrink-preventionpracticesandreportconcernstoleadership.
• Freezer&Cold Environment Work
  • Confidentlyworkincoldtemperatures(walk-infreezer) topullproducts,organize stock,and execute counts.
  • Adheretofoodsafety,sanitation,andfreezersafetyguidelines.
• Cash Handling&Opening/Closing Routines
  • OperatethePOSwithaccuracy;process transactions,returns,and exchanges.
  • Performopeningandclosingdutieswhenleadershipisnotpresent, includingregistercounts,cash pulls, safe drops, store walkthroughs for readiness and safety
  • FollowallcashhandlingSOPswithprecisionandintegrity.
• Workcloselywith Team Leaderstoexecutedailyprioritiesandmeetstoregoals .
• Participateintraining,productknowledgesessions,andnewprocesses.
• Activelyparticipateinongoingtraininganddevelopmenttostrengthenproductexpertise,selling capability and consistency in execution.

• Abilitytoliftupto
