knowledge,meal inspiration,andwarmhospitalitywhilesupportingreplenishment,inventory accuracy,and store readiness.
Youplayavitalroleinmaintainingaclean,well-stocked,easy-to-shopstoreandconfidentlyperformessential operational routines—includingworkinginfreezerenvironments,handling cash,andsupportingopeningand closing duties — even when leadership is not present.

Starting Wage:$18.50 per hour + Bonus Potential
Core Responsibilities:- Deliverawarm,engaging“personal chef&friendly butcher”shopping experience.
- Provide recommendations,cooking tips,recipes,andproductinsightsbasedoncustomerneeds.
- Demonstrateunderstandingofdailysalesgoals,promotions,andstorepriorities,andapplythat knowledge through effective customer interaction and selling behaviors.
- Drivesalesbyengagingcustomers,building baskets,andsuggestingproductpairings.
- Support Wild Fork ’sservicestandardstoensurecustomersfeelwelcomed,valued,andinspiredto return.
- Leverageproductknowledgetoconfidentlyrecommendsolutions,buildbasketsize,anddelivera personalized, engaging customer experience.
- Stock,rotate,andmerchandiseproductstoensureafull,fresh,andvisuallycompellingstore.
- CompleteFIFOrotationandmaintainaccuratelabelingandpricing.
- Keepthestoreclean,organized,and customer-readyatalltimes.
- Supportplanogramchanges,promotional sets,anddailyrecoveryroutines.
- Assistwithreceivingandprocessingdeliverieswithcareandaccuracy.
- Maintain back-stockorganizationandcommunicatelowstockorproductissuespromptly.
- Follow shrink-preventionpracticesandreportconcernstoleadership.
- Confidentlyworkincoldtemperatures(walk-infreezer) topullproducts,organize stock,and execute counts.
- Adheretofoodsafety,sanitation,andfreezersafetyguidelines.
- OperatethePOSwithaccuracy;process transactions,returns,and exchanges.
- Performopeningandclosingdutieswhenleadershipisnotpresent, includingregistercounts,cash pulls, safe drops, store walkthroughs for readiness and safety
- FollowallcashhandlingSOPswithprecisionandintegrity.
- Workcloselywith Team Leaderstoexecutedailyprioritiesandmeetstoregoals .
- Participateintraining,productknowledgesessions,andnewprocesses.
- Activelyparticipateinongoingtraininganddevelopmenttostrengthenproductexpertise,selling capability and consistency in execution.
- Supportapositive,inclusiveteamculturewhereeveryonefeelsvalued.
- 1yearofretail,grocery,hospitality,orfoodexperiencerequired.
- Strongcustomerserviceskillswithenthusiasmforfoodandculinaryexploration.
- Abilitytoworkinfast-pacedenvironmentsandmanagemultipletasks.
- Comfortableworkinginextremelycoldtemperatures.
- Abilitytoliftupto
50lbsandstand/walk8–10hours. - Flexible scheduling(mornings,evenings,weekends,holidays).
- Basicmathskillsforcashhandling;
POSexperienceaplus.
