Job Description

Responsible for managing and expanding assigned key account(s) on an international scale. Lead a team that is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for designated key account(s) to maintain and drive business growth and profitability, while meeting corporate objectives.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
  • Developandimplementcomprehensiveaccountstrategiestomeetbusinessobjectives, focusingonengagement,growth,andlong-term partnership. Oversee Sales funnel management.
  • Buildingandnurturingstrongrelationshipswithkeystakeholderswithinclientorganizations. Act as the bridge between the company and its most important client(s), navigating complex market landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaboratingwithcross-functionalteamstodelivercustomizedsolutionsthataddressclientneeds and exceed their expectations. Requires over 50% travel.
  • Monitoringmarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitiestoidentifynewgrowthopportunities.
  • Preparingandpresentingdetailedaccountperformancereportstoseniormanagement.
  • Leadingcontractnegotiationsandensuringadherencetocompanypolicies.
  • Supervise, mentorandguideaccountmanagementteamstoachievetheirfullpotential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Proven Sales experience;
    Demonstrated ability to achieve results;
    Results orientated
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, products and applications
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, develop and grow effective teams which will contribute to the business success
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels internal and external
  • Ability to cultivate, understand and anticipate the needs of the customer, to provide effective solutions and recommendations;
    Experienced in proactively developing customers
  • Experience in Managing a team
  • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time

Annualized base pay between $130,000 to $180,000 plus management bonus.
