Sales Manager

Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes is hiring a Sales Manager for our community. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and advance your career with recognition and growth packages.

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from initial interest to move-in.
• Collaborate with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal, religious leaders, and local businesses.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation.

Base pay is determined by skills and experience, with monthly and quarterly commission opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
