Maintenance Technician

Wage: $26.00 - $35.00/hour + Bonus Potential. Shift: 1st (Monday - Thursday, Optional Overtime on Friday).

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and repairing production machinery. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and industrial equipment. Candidates should be self-motivated, safety-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Maintain stamping presses, conveyors, pumps, HVAC systems, cooling systems, compressors, and other manufacturing equipment
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Replace motors, bearings, sensors, belts, gearboxes, and machine components
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support and train team members as needed

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience performing preventive maintenance
• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or Technical Degree is a plus
• Experience with robotic equipment, chillers, or air compressors is a plus
• Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills
