Under the guidance of the Assistant Lake County Regional Superintendent, you will manage casework for about 30 students, liaise with families, and coordinate academic and social-emotional supports while tracking attendance and progress.
Strong communication, collaboration with schools, and experience with at-risk youth are essential.
