Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is a critical, hands‑on member of BCD’s operations team, responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and products. This role is essential to meeting production and delivery deadlines while maintaining a safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, physically capable, collaborative, and eager to learn the full spectrum of warehouse and logistics operations. Applicants must have at least one year of warehouse or logistics experience and be 21 years of age or older to apply. Duties & Responsibilities- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Safely unload, store, and organize materials and products in designated locations.
- Accurately track and update inventory using Net Suite and RF Smart.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and packaging of outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (must have forklift license).
- Adhere to all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Forklift certification.
- Experience in shipping and receiving in an electronics, networking, or technology-focused warehouse is a plus.
