We are searching for a Warehouse Order Picker and Packer for our Distribution Center in Vernon Hills, IL Join our growing and dynamic team and help us pick and pack orders. Forklift experience is a plus. Cherry Picker experience is a plus (order picker with harness).

$18.00/HR starting pay

40-hour work week - Monday through Friday Schedule

Overtime is not mandatory, but it is offered regularly to employees.

Required Pre-Employment Screening:

• 10-Panel Drug Test. This includes testing for THC/Cannabis. No exceptions.
• Testing positive for ANY FORM of THC will result in FAILED DRUG TEST
• No exceptions for medical, recreational, or delta variant use.

Job Type:

• Full-Time. Direct-Hire to the Company.
• This is a permanent job with year-round work.

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders on foot with a hand card
• Load and unload trailers
• Operate cherry picker with harness to pick or put away materials in the racks (also known as order picker vehicle) - Not mandatory but nice to have experience
• Roll and pack 3x3 laminate sheets

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience in a receiving position with similar duties
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit-down forklift experience
