Position:
Food & Nutrition Secretary

• Answer telephones, record messages and greet visitors
• Reconcile Food Service bills and invoices; process requisitions
• Assist with student payment system income and debt management for unpaid meal charges
• Place orders for delivery to the schools
• Approve time entry and process absence reporting corrections for all cafeteria personnel
• Be familiar with negotiated contract language of bargaining unit
• Order and maintain office supplies; open, sort and distribute mail

Hours:

8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday in the office

High School Diploma required
Associate's Degree preferred
