Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our facility, ensuring a warm and organized environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.

• Operate the facility’s paging and telephone system, routing calls efficiently and accurately.
• Greet and provide directions to visitors, guests, patients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide administrative support, including typing correspondence and reports for various departments.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
• Assist with additional duties and attend meetings as requested by the Supervisor, Administrator, or Director.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• A friendly, helpful demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service.
