The Product Manager will support a data and intelligence-driven workflow platform used by firm examiners. The platform leverages automation and AI-driven capabilities to provide real-time answers and insights, helping examiners efficiently support firm clients.
The product launched approximately one year ago and is currently in a growth and optimization phase, with a significant backlog of enhancement requests and user-driven improvements.
Key Focus Areas Include- Driving process improvements for end-user firms
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization
- Enhancing user experience and adoption
- Supporting AI-driven workflows and automated response capabilities
- Prioritizing and executing a robust product enhancement roadmap
The Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery for a product within a larger product portfolio. This individual will work independently while partnering closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify user needs, define product requirements, and drive business value.
Although responsible for end-to-end product ownership, including backlog management and prioritization, this role is heavily focused on understanding customer challenges, identifying feature gaps, defining measurable outcomes, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Identify user needs, product gaps, and market opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of the business domain and product ecosystem
- Partner with business stakeholders and end users to gather feedback and requirements
- Lead discovery efforts to uncover customer pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into actionable product initiatives
- Write user stories and define product requirements
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Guide features through the product development lifecycle
- Make informed trade-off decisions balancing business value, technical constraints, and user needs
- Utilize product and customer data to identify trends and user needs
- Define and measure KPIs to evaluate product success
- Conduct experiments and participate in user research to validate solutions and identify new opportunities
- Own and manage the product roadmap
- Drive feature prioritization and execution
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned product area
- Product Management experience supporting business-facing applications
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading product discovery through solution delivery
- Ability to challenge stakeholders and effectively manage priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with data
- Financial Services domain experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with workflow automation, AI-enabled products, or data-driven platforms is a plus
