Service BDC Representative

Key Hyundai of Manchester is looking for a motivated, people-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team! If you love helping customers, enjoy fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a dealership that values performance and professionalism, this role is for you.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for the service department
• Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming visits
• Follow up with past-due, declined, and recommended service customers
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience every time
• Accurately log customer interactions in our CRM
• Work closely with advisors and management to drive service retention

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Customer-service mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior BDC, call center, or automotive experience is a plus (but not required)
• Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
• Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
