Licensed Massage Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients improve their overall health and well-being through therapeutic massage while providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, and therapeutic massage (based on your qualifications).
• Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
• Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and wellness practices.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential relationships with clients.
• Follow all state licensing regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to create an outstanding client experience.

• Current state Massage Therapy License in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
