Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Dairy Department and its Associates to achieve department goals (sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement).;
Ensure safety, presentation, and efficiency standards are met across the department.;
Maintain staffing, training, and performance feedback to Associates to optimize operations and customer experience.;
Uphold safety policies, proper use of equipment, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.;
Coordinate with store leadership to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and department operations.
