• Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.

• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.

• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.

• Current/active CPR certification.

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with high quality and productivity.

• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
