Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our patients, providing guidance and support to our nursing staff, and ensuring that our company's high standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and other nursing staff
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and ensure that standards are met
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Strong leadership and communication skills
