Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Salary $135,000 to $161,000 per year – Windsor, Connecticut – Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical).

Are you a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 8 years of experience and a passion for community‑centered healthcare? • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Connecticut licensure.
• Ability to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative environment.
• Eligible to obtain DEA and state narcotic registration.
• Deep knowledge of nursing theory and practice or physician assistant theory and practice, coupled with a record of providing high quality, comprehensive, professional clinical care to patients according to established standards, protocols and practices.
• Preferred: 8 years’ experience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care.

Full‑time, day shift – $135,000 to $161,000 per year based on experience.
