You will support a long‑standing network delivering home‑care services in Connecticut, with on‑call shifts including Friday 4:30 pm–Saturday 8 am and Saturday 4:30 pm–Sunday 8 am.
Responsibilities include on‑call duties, conducting nursing assessments, collaborating with physicians and case managers, and guiding LPNs and Home Care Aides.
