McDonald's - Up to $20.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly, providing leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers;
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, safety, security, and profitability;
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift;
Oversee Food Safety, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Scheduling, and Training;
Provide coaching and development to crew and other team members to meet targets
