• Required Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years of direct in-home sales experience in exterior remodeling (Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows/Doors).
• Market Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the home improvement landscape across CT, MA, and RI.
• Proven Closer:
  Expertise in the "one-call close" and delivering high-value, technical consultations to homeowners.
• Mobility:
  Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the tri-state territory.

• Conduct professional in-home presentations using company-provided, qualified leads (Self generated pay more).
• Accurately measure and quote projects for roofing, siding, and window replacements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to contract signing.
