Provide professional, customer service focused assistance to the Hartford Health Care Community including patients, visitors, families, colleagues, clinicians, physicians, and first responder community.;
Patrols and rounds facility to identify concerning activity, safety concerns or other problems.;
Provide timely response, use problem solving to take appropriate action to manage and investigate security incidents and hazards.;
Maintain current knowledge of instructions, policies and procedures and perform work in accordance with these guidelines.;
Share information with other Public Safety Officers, maintain accurate activity logs and complete reports and documentation.
