PositionPlumbing Drain Technician
Pay Range$25.00 - $30.00 per hour + Spiffs + Bonuses
Work Hours7:30am to 3:30pm
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday | overtime required

- Performed residential and commercial drain cleaning services using snakes, augers, and hydro-jetting equipment
- Diagnosed drain and sewer line issues using video inspection and locating tools
- Removed blockages and restored proper drainage and sewer system functionality
- Recommended repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance solutions to customers
- Maintained tools, hydro-jetting equipment, and service vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Followed company safety procedures and industry standards on all service calls
- Delivered excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, repair options, and completed work
- Completed accurate job reports, invoices, and service documentation using Service Titan
- Managed daily scheduling, customer updates, and work orders through Service Titan
- 2 + years of experience in drain cleaning / plumbing
- Able to use and operate drain cleaning equipment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
