Plumbing Apprentice
- Residential Service | $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
Depending on experience + Spiffs / Bonuses. We pay based on experience.
Hours:
7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, some overtime required, never weekends.
Perform minor to moderately complex service work on plumbing systems in residential and light commercial environments under the direct supervision of a Journeyman or Master Plumber.

- Showers, kitchen equipment, laboratory fixtures, and water, heating, and drainage systems in compliance with applicable plumbing codes
- Assist with troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing maintenance and repairs on plumbing and piping systems, including the removal of blockages from drain and waste lines
- Perform drain cleaning services using appropriate tools and equipment
- Utilize Service Titan daily for work orders, customer information, scheduling, documentation, and job tracking
- At least 6 months of plumbing field experience, or an equivalent mix of training and hands‑on work experience
- Connecticut Apprentice Plumber License is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of common plumbing tools and equipment, including drain snakes, augers, power drills, saws, hammers, tape measures, levels, and screwdrivers
- Solid basic math and measurement skills
- Capable of following direction and guidance from a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber
- Valid driver's license with a driving history that meets insurance requirements
- Able and willing to perform work outdoors in varying weather conditions
