Job Purpose:

- The Bus Driver at ACADEMY OF ART AND LEARNING CHILDCARE LLC is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of children enrolled in our daycare. The role requires a dedicated individual who prioritizes safety and punctuality while providing a reliable transportation service for our young passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely transport children to and from the daycare, ensuring their safety at all times.  - Maintain punctuality by adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.  - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.  - Collaborate and communicate effectively with daycare staff and parents to address any transportation-related concerns.  - Uphold all traffic regulations and company policies to ensure a secure and efficient transportation service.  

- Demonstrate patience and a calm demeanor when managing children on the bus.  - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to provide a comfortable environment for passengers.## Qualifications Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

- Commercial driver's license with a Passenger endorsement

Required Experience:

- 1 year experience driving school-age children    Required

Skills and Abilities:

- Patience
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work as a team
