• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors
• Implement skill‑building programs and individualized care plans as part of the clinical team
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with clients and families
• Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment outcomes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and a passion for working with children with autism
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation

• Services are provided in clients’ homes or community‑based settings
• All positions start as part‑time
• Completion of the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
• Minimum 6‑month commitment required
