Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Greet retail customers and assist with merchandise selection in a friendly, professional manner;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers;
Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items with Low-Price Guarantee;
Maintain and secure cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges/returns per policy;
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner; perform daily image maker and planogram updates; stock shelves and complete freight receival;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test/charge batteries, scan codes, replace parts) and, when needed, deliver to customers with company driving eligibility requirements;
Attend to daily operational tasks including merchandise returns, stock adjustments, and inventory counts;
Operate brake lathe and other equipment after training;
Carry out other duties as assigned
