Responsibilities
- Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services and build and maintain referral source relationships.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account–related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
- Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing) or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
- Previous home health care sales experience; knowledge of selling to physicians, case managers, and in SNFs; or experience as a clinical liaison is highly preferred.
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Will travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
- Role is patient‑facing and is part of Human’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; TB screening is required if selected for this role.
40 hours per week.
Pay$58,700 - $78,500 per year. This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
