We are seeking a professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officer to join a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality security and loss prevention services. The Unarmed Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with professionalism in a corporate setting.

• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Manage front desk operations including access control and visitor processing
• Maintain accurate records, including access logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Monitor CCTV systems and electronic communications as required
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas in accordance with post orders
• Observe, identify, and report irregular activity or security concerns
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and escalations
• Prepare clear, detailed, and accurate daily activity reports
• Maintain effective communication with site leadership and operations teams

• Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong and stable work history preferred
• Must successfully pass background screening and drug testing
• Active Texas Security License required (guidance provided for applicants without one)
