My Florida Roofing Contractor is looking for a detail-oriented, Experienced Permit Clerk to join our team in Vero Beach.

The RoleLocation:
Vero Beach, FL (Office-based)

Take ownership of the final project phase by emailing warranties and Certificates of Completion (COC) to customers immediately upon project finish.
Post-Install Coordination:
Proactively schedule Wind Mitigation inspections for homeowners to ensure they receive their insurance credits.

Communication:
Act as the bridge between Project Managers (5606) and homeowners regarding permit and inspection timelines.
Proven Experience:
You must have prior experience in construction permitting (roofing-specific experience is a major plus).
Process-Driven:
High comfort level with managing a high volume of emails and digital document delivery.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with Florida Building Codes and Indian River/St. Lucie County/ Brevard County requirements.
