This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Warranty Specialist based in Vero Beach, FL. The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing warranty requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving warranty‑related concerns in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to coordinating with team members and contractors, this role includes performing punch list items and hands‑on repairs when needed to ensure homes meet our quality standards. Responsibilities include communicating directly with homeowners, analyzing issues, determining appropriate resolutions, and overseeing the timely execution of warranty services. The role emphasizes proactive customer service, attention to detail, and maintaining the high level of quality our homes are known for.
