Store Customer Service Rep
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
- Most tasks are performed from a standing position; must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Have an outgoing personality with our customers; you will be our first contact with our phone in and carryout customers and will need to communicate with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic math skills (accurately give change).
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
