Prime responsibilities include:
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility as requested.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers over phone and in person.
- Perform basic math skills, including giving accurate change.
- Maintain an outgoing personality with customers, serving as the first contact on phone and walk‑in customers and communicating in a friendly and professional manner.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen monitor.
- Work from a standing position; no chairs are provided, so the ability to stand for long periods is required.
