Are you detail-oriented, enjoy working with your hands, and have an eye for craftsmanship? We're looking for a Dental Laboratory Processor to join our growing dental laboratory team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in dental laboratory technology
, removable prosthetics, and denture fabrication.
As a Dental Laboratory Processor, you'll help create high-quality dental prosthetics by preparing models, articulating cases, polishing dentures, and supporting laboratory production. No extensive experience is required—we're willing to train motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Pour dental impressions into plaster or stone to create accurate working models.
- Trim and prepare plaster models for production.
- Articulate dental cases according to laboratory specifications.
- Polish full and partial dentures to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Assist with denture processing and laboratory workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory.
- Cross-train in multiple laboratory departments and procedures.
- Support the laboratory team with additional production duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or artistic ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in all laboratory functions.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards or willingness to learn.
- 0-6 months of dental laboratory experience.
- Experience trimming and pouring denture models.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, dental, or laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with removable prosthetics or denture fabrication is a plus.
