Guest Educator Position
Before applying to become a Guest Educator with Indian River County Schools, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 Completion of STEDI online training and testing, if required Successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including workplace screening and fingerprinting In addition, candidates must:
Have reliable internet access Be physically capable of performing the duties of a guest educator Have dependable transportation Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 20 pounds, and lift up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects Be available to work Monday through Friday across all grade levels and subject areas Please visit the Agency for Heath Care Administration for education and awareness on background screening.
