Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the testing and analysis of mechanical systems and components, designing and developing parts and assemblies using Solid Works, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of mechanical systems and components.
- Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies using Solid Works.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing products.
- Document and report test results, design changes, and project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on testing and design.
- Proficiency in Solid Works.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ammunition and small arms is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ammunition and small arms.
- Experience with other CAD software and engineering tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
You will work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires proficiency in Solid Works and other engineering tools. The position may involve handling ammunition and small arms, necessitating adherence to industry regulations and standards. The work setting supports professional growth and project management.
Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Vero Beach, FL.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
