As the first point of contact, you’ll help create a welcoming, warm atmosphere, manage bookings and check-ins, process payments, and support retail and service sales. You’ll work closely with technicians and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining The Tox’s elevated brand standard.

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality, spa, or front desk (Mindbody experience a plus)

• Weekend availability required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree / Diploma in hotel/hospitality

• Minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience as a Spa receptionist in a luxury hotel or a well established brand.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: $17 an hour plus opportunity for commission
• Shift: 8 hour shift
• Weekly day range:
  Every weekend, Monday to Friday
