Senior Banker - Treasure Coast Market

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists.
• Deepen client relationships through platform services.
• Support clients with self‑service or transactional activities.
• Provide exceptional client care.
• Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and conduct consistent follow‑up routines.
• Partner with teams to provide financial center clients consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering banking needs.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on conducting simple transactions through self‑service technologies.
• Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day‑to‑day activities such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
• Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging all clients in person and by phone.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
• Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is a commissioned notary or can obtain a notary commission in the state you work within a few months of start date.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including potential scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or a related field.
• Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
• Retail and/or sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment.
• Experience working in an environment with individual and/or team goals routinely met or exceeded.
• Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and prior experience utilizing laptop technology.
