We are seeking a driven Inside Mortgage Loan Officer to support the residential real estate business of The Reynolds Team
. This position provides the opportunity to work within an established consumer database, engage inbound inquiries, and build relationships with buyers at different stages of their home ownership journey.
We are looking for someone with grit, consistency, strong phone skills, and the discipline to follow up. The opportunity is there; your ability to work the database, build trust, and turn conversations into financing opportunities will drive your success.
You will engage inbound and existing consumer inquiries, proactively nurture relationships through phone, text, and email, originate residential mortgage loans, and maintain consistent communication throughout the financing process.

The Inside Mortgage Loan Officer reports to the Inside Sales Manager and operates in full alignment with Barrett Financial Group's policies, procedures, licensing requirements, and compliance oversight.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $35,000 – $45,000, commensurate with experience
- Commission on all funded loans; bonus tiered based on volume. Structured in accordance with company compensation policies and regulatory guidelines
