RN - ER

• Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12's or 40 hours for 8/10's
• Two weekends per month required
• Float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) to meet facility needs
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred
• At least 2 years of ER experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Epic experience at level 3 or 4 required
• White scrubs required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Complete time-sensitive modules (6-15 hours, non-billable) prior to start
• Skills include arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilated patient care, gunshot wounds, and traumatic amputation care
• All RTO must be submitted upfront - no additions accepted later
• Strict DO NOT call policy in place
